Law ministry seeks detailed record on ZAB case




ISLAMABAD: Law Ministry, directing Supreme Court of Pakistan (SC) to produce detailed record on the Zulfiqar Bhutto case, has also asked for counts of five approvers involved in the case, Geo News reported Monday.

In an application submitted to SC’s Registrar from Senior Consultant of Law Ministry, Aarif Chaudhry, the latter has directed the former to deliver ministry complete documents on the ZAB case including the report on provisional verdict of the SC and statements of five approvers.

The audio record on the court’s proceedings has also been sought in the application.
